Nice rooms, complimentary 24-hour coffee, helpful front desk service

The area is sketchy, a bit noisy at night, and the plumbing in the bathroom needs urgent attention!!! The bathroom facilities are outdated, and the website should clarify the room types available to avoid confusion.

Came in Toronto to relax and have fun, this budget hotel was nice place for doing it.

Peaceful and awesome position, we loved staying here.

They gave us an air conditioned and compact room with even a closet, the breakfast is served, for example. Everywhere there was clean. The staff we met was pleasant and respectful. A bus station next to the property was really handy.

The staff's attentiveness, especially Rahaman's help with my luggage, made my stay enjoyable. The room was comfortable, but I did wish for an opening window to get fresh air.

Comfortable and quiet little hotel in a very very nice area near other attractions, and the Entertainment District and the Eaton's Center. Well furnished and brand-new room with adequate space, the breakfast is served, even a closet, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Modern decoration.

I had such a great time during my stay! The room was cozy and clean, and I loved that they offered complimentary coffee around the clock. The breakfast was simple but good enough to get me started for the day!

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Canon Theatre, made our family outing so easy. We also loved the friendly staff, were great, especially when we needed tips on local attractions.

In my wife's opinion, the room was cramped for our family. A little more space would have made it easier with our son's toys everywhere.

Helpful staff, clean room. The area felt unsafe with strange people nearby. Not a great choice if you prefer quiet neighborhoods.

The hotel is in dire need of maintenance, with dirty carpets and surfaces that haven't seen a decent clean in ages. The milk at breakfast sits out in a pitcher all day, and you can smell the sour stench wafting through the room. The shower was also out of commission , which leaves a lot to be desired from a place that could be way better.
